Hi, I'm Karolina Wargin

Your guide to finding balance as
a Highly Sensitive Woman

I know what it feels like to live in a world that’s too loud, too fast, and too demanding. For years, I tried to push away my sensitivity, believing it was something to “fix.” The more I ignored it, the more overwhelmed and disconnected I felt - until my body finally said enough.

That moment of pause became the beginning of a different path. I discovered that sensitivity isn’t a weakness to hide - it’s a strength to embrace. Through yoga, mindfulness, and creative expression, I began to design a life that truly supported me. From this journey, I created the Embodied-Creative Method - a holistic approach that helps sensitive women move from exhaustion to empowerment.

Sensing Circle is a well-being space where Highly Sensitive and Empathic Women receive guidance, tools, and inspiration to recharge and live in alignment with their sensitive nature.
