As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I know firsthand how exhausting it is to navigate a world that often feels too loud, too fast, too much. For years, I thought I needed to be “less sensitive” — to fix myself. But it wasn’t until I honored my sensitivity that true healing began.

The turning point came when my body said “enough.” I was forced to stop and reevaluate everything. That pause led to the creation of the Embodied-Creative Method — a gentle, intuitive approach that blends yoga, mindfulness, and creative expression to support holistic wellbeing.
