    Sensing Circle is designed for highly sensitive women and empaths who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or overstimulated. If you crave a sense of belonging, want to better understand your sensitivity, and seek creative and intuitive ways to manage stress, this is the space for you.
  • What if I join and realize it’s not for me?
    If you feel the community isn’t the right fit for you, that’s okay. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time before your next billing cycle. No hard feelings.
  • How can I join Sensing Circle?
    To join the community membership, simply sign up on our website: 1. Go to Membership. 2. Select the "Founders' Nest" Program and tap on "Start Free Trial". 3. Sign up and pay with credit/debit card or PayPal. 4. Welcome to the community!
  • What if joining feels overwhelming?
    Change can be hard, but staying stuck is harder. Our sessions are slow-paced, designed for small groups (max. 11 women), and create a safe, accessible space for HSPs. You are never rushed or pressured — we move at a pace that honors your energy and comfort.
  • What is Sensing Circle?
    Sensing Circle is a well-being community for highly sensitive and empathic women. We offer a nurturing space to explore self-care, manage stress, and express your authentic self through creativity, mindfulness, and connection. You can try out for free our community membership (apply before March 31, 2025). After the monthly trial, the costs are €66 per month and you can cancel any time.
  • What if I’m too exhausted to commit to something new?
    We understand. Sensing Circle is designed with your energy in mind. Our practices are gentle and flexible — you can engage as much or as little as you need. There’s no pressure, only support. The community is here to lift you up, not add to your to-do list.
  • I’m not sure if I’m a highly sensitive person
